Step 3: Check in with SINE

After you have completed the two inductions, to help us manage your safety on site, you must use one of two methods
a) the SINE iPad in the meal room at Valley Heights to check in on arrival and check out on departure.
b) use the SINE PRO app on your mobile phone (download from Google Play or Apple's App Store)

This is in addition to Volgistics (VHLDHM members) and the book (STARPS members).

SINE CHECK IN first time

Click on CHECK IN and enter your

• First name

• Last name

• Email address

• Select VISITOR TYPE

Make sure your face appears in the square on the screen and press the take photo button. SINE will take your photo and use it for checking in and out in the future.

Then answer each question and attempt to sign on the screen with your finger. It will look nothing like your normal signature. Don't worry!

SINE CHECK IN next time

Click on RETURNING

Make sure your face appears in the square on the screen and SINE will start to check you in.

If your answers to the safety questions have not changed press NEXT

Your check in is complete!

SINE CHECK OUT

Immediately before you leave, click on CHECK OUT
Make sure your face appears in the square on the screen and SINE will check you out.

If you use the Phone App, it logs you out automatically when you leave the Museum site. If you go away for a short time, you will need to CHECK IN again when you return.

Easy peasy!
